Approve ordinances and pass resolutions necessary for an effective and efficient government; generate and maximize the use of resources and revenues for priority development plans; regulate activities relative to the use of land, buildings and other structures within the City; Approve ordinances and pass resolutions to ensure delivery of basic services and facilities for effective and efficient government; Enact Ordinances, approve resolutions, appropriate funds that would enhance the economic, social and political development of the City and general welfare of inhabitants.
