The City Human Resource Management Office implements sound human resource management systems and standards anchored on an organizational structure and staffing pattern that is based on service requirements, genuine priority needs and financial capability of the City Government of Legazpi as an organization.
Vision
The City Human Resource Management Office envisions to promote meritocracy and excellence in the public service human resource management through a program of rewards, recognition, empowerment and continuous development.
The City Human Resource Management Office shall have the duty to ensure that all personnel actions, issues and concerns related to human resource and development in the City Government of Legazpi shall be in accordance to the Civil Service law, rules and regulations, and other pertinent issuances.
Accountable, efficient and dynamic Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
